Auwiesen: Samten Kaiser appointed head of management
Carmen Bründler, Head of Residential, is leaving Auwiesen, the Winterthur-based real estate services provider. At the beginning of the year, Samten Kaiser will take over her area of responsibility.
As Head of Property Management, Samten Kaiser will take on a newly created position covering both the Residential division and the Industrial & Commercial division, which was previously managed by the Managing Director in a dual capacity. Kaiser was most recently responsible for the Winterthur and Uster locations as branch manager at Wincasa.
Auwiesen Immobilien AG was founded in 2009, has, according to its own information, more than 60 employees and offers developer trusteeship, portfolio, property and site management. (aw)
