Swiss Prime Site: Reto Conrad nominated for the Board of Directors
Reto Conrad will now be proposed for election to the Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting of the SPS as successor to Mario F. Seris, who is not standing for re-election.
Most recently, Conrad headed the IT, Production and Services Directorate at the Coop Group and was previously, until 2016, CFO of the company. Throughout this time, he was also a member of the investment committee of the pension fund. He was a member of the executive committee of Bachem Holding AG from 2001 to 2005, and of Emmi Holding from 2006 to 2012. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Bell Food Group since 2017. He was trained as an economist at the University of St. Gallen, and became a certified public accountant in 1997.
Mario F. Seris has decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He will thus step down in March 2023. He had been a member of the board since 2005. "On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I would like to thank Mario F.
