Change of leadership at Markstein
Ivo Läuppi is the new Head of Construction Trust and a member of the Executive Board at Markstein AG, based in Baden.
Ralf Seidel, who filled the role of head of construction trust and member of the executive board for Markstein since September 2017, handed over his post to Läuppi at the turn of the year. "Ralf Seidel will not be leaving the company, much to our delight," Markstein wrote in a media release. He will "devote himself again more to the classic tasks of property trusteeship and in the future will hold the position of project manager property trusteeship."
The 46-year-old Läuppi has been working in the real estate industry since his training as a structural draftsman. After studying architecture, he earned an MAS in Business Administration and an MAS in Real Estate Management. He previously worked for Alfred Müller AG in Baar, where he was the client representative for large development sites.
Markstein employs more than 30 people at its locations in Baden and Zurich and advises institutional, public and private clients in the areas of portfolio/asset management, property trusteeship, transaction management and marketing in the residential sector. In addition, the company manages three investment vehicles. (aw)
