Wüest Partner AG appoints four new partners

Wüest Partner has appointed Robert Weinert, Andreas Häni, Nico Müller and Vincent Clapasson as partners of the real estate consulting firm as of January 1.

Robert Weinert studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and subsequently completed his doctorate at both the HSG and the University of New South Wales in Sydney. He has been with Wüest Partner since 2010, where he has been responsible for "Immo-Monitoring" for several years and is co-head of the research team.

Andreas Häni (MRICS) studied architecture at the ETH Zurich and joined the company in 2014. His focus is on the valuation of portfolios, individual and special properties, strategic consulting in the field of project developments and real estate management as well as application development.

Nico Müller (MRICS and ULI member), an accredited real estate valuer specializing in acquisition, divestment, financing and portfolio valuations, joined Wüest Partner in 2015 after studying architecture at ETH Zurich. Müller advises on property and portfolio strategy as well as project development, construction law and market regulations.

Vincent Clapasson, an accredited real estate valuer and graduate of the "Institut d'études Immobilières" in Geneva, joined Wüest Partner as a Director in 2020 and has headed the Geneva office since January 2022. He has expertise in portfolio and individual valuations of all types of real estate as well as project developments. He also develops real estate strategies and conducts feasibility studies. (bw)
