Edmond de Rothschild REIM strengthens its presence in London
Arnaud Benoit has joined Edmond de Rothschild REIM in London as Investment Manager Europe, where he will be responsible for developing the club deals and separate account mandates business.
Edmond de Rothschild REIM has strengthened its staff. Since the beginning of the year, Arnaud Benoit has been working for the real estate company as Investment Manager Europe. The 35-year-old is dedicated to the development of pan-European club deals and separate account mandates, says Edmond de Rothschild REIM. He works from London and reports to Bert-Jan Scheffer, Head of Business & Product Development.
"Arnaud Benoit's strong investment background and network will enable him to work with our local investment teams to execute attractive transactions on behalf of our clients," Scheffer said.
Benoit most recently spent more than ten years at private equity firm Resolution Property, where he held various positions in pan-European investments and capital markets. According to Edmond de Rothschild REIM, he also executed many real estate transactions covering various types of use and the entire risk spectrum from core to opportunistic. (ah)
