At the Zurich-based serviced-living platform, Bachmann heads the development department together with Development Director Lukas Willhöft. The Embassies aims to create serviced-living offerings for the over-60 generation across Europe, offering both short-term and long-term living as well as club memberships. Public commercial space is also part of the concept.

According to its own information, the company, which announced a partnership with Porsche last year, is negotiating projects in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, France, Italy and Portugal. In addition to pure leases, the shareholders plan to become active on the real estate side in the future and structure a PropCo to participate in joint ventures, share and asset deals.

For the projects, which are to have a size of 6,000 to 15,000 sqm, existing buildings or new developments in central locations of cities such as Vienna, Berlin, Paris, Zurich or Copenhagen are sought. (aw)
