Senior residence seeks new board of directors

Michel Vauclair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senioresidenz, will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting in March.

Michel Vauclair has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senioresidenz AG since 2018. According to the company, he will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on March 29, 2023 for private and health reasons. As the board will continue to consist of five members, the search for a suitable person to be elected to the board has been initiated.

In addition to Vauclair, the board of directors of Senioresidenz currently includes attorney Arthur Ruckstuhl, CEO Peter Mettler, financial expert Patrick Niggli and Thomas Sojak, who brings expertise in healthcare real estate.

Vauclair was initially Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Europe at UBS in Geneva, and between 2008 and 2018 he served as Senior Vice President of Global Asset Management and member of the management team of Oxford Properties Group. (ah)
