Nathalie Bourquenoud to become member of the board of directors at Senioresidenz
After it was announced that Michel Vauclair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senioresidenz, would not stand for re-election, his successor has now been appointed.
Michel Vauclair has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Senioresidenz AG since 2018. In mid-February, it was announced that he would not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on March 29, 2023. Nathalie Bourquenoud (born 1970) is then to be elected to the Board as a new, independent and non-executive member.
Bourquenoud founded the management consultancies Oxadi and Bourquenoud Consulting in 2022. Previously, she held the position of Head of Human Development and Member of the Executive Board at the Swiss Mobiliar Group from 2014 to 2021. Earlier statiopen of her career path were Postfinance and Parcel Post as well as Raiffeisenbank.
The incumbent members of the Board of Directors Arthur Ruckstuhl, Peter Mettler, Patrick Niggli and Thomas Sojak are standing for re-election. Sojak is proposed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. (ah)
