Jessica Brackmann leaves Procimmo
Jessica Brackmann has worked for Procimmo since 2017, most recently in the position of CIO. She will leave the company at the end of August.
Procimmo is undergoing changes in its management: Jessica Brackmann, member of the management board and CIO, will leave the company at the end of August. According to the company, this also means that responsibilities will be redistributed internally, mainly between Arno Kneubühler (CEO) and Terence Kast (COO): Kneubühler will take over the tasks of product positioning and the main contact with key investors, while Kast will lead the asset management teams, Procimmo says.
Richard Dahdah, who is already fund manager of the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 and the Immo56 fund, will also assume responsibility for the management of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV and Procimmo Residential Lemanic Fund as of April 1.
Brackmann has worked for the real estate company for six years. Since joining in 2017, she has contributed significantly to the growth of the product department, for which she has been responsible since October 2021, the company writes in a statement. She had joined the executive team as CIO in March 2022. (ah)
