Pure Funds: Jan Bärthel joins the Board of Directors
Pure Funds AG has a new Board of Directors, a new Head Investment Management and a new CFO.
The shareholders of Pure Funds AG have elected Jan Bärthel to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting. He had been working for the real estate consulting company Wüest Partner for the last 20 years. As a partner, member of the group management and head of the Real Estate Experts division, he played a key role in the company's expansion.
In his role as Head Investment Management and member of the Executive Board, Michael Kirschner assumes responsibility for portfolio management and additionally acts as Portfolio Manager of Pure Swiss Opportunity REF. Kirschner was most recently CIO at Verit Investment Management AG in Zurich.
Pure also announces that André Schülke, who has served as a member of the Board of Directors at a strategic level since the company's founding, will now operationally lead Finance and Operations as Chief Financial Officer as part of the planned growth.
The staff additions come against the backdrop of growth at Pure Swiss Opportunity REF in 2022, Pure Funds says. The changes are subject to Finma approval. (aw)
