Seraina Investment Foundation with two new members on the Board of Trustees
With attorney Thomas Risch and investment manager Ivo Vögtli, two new members were unanimously elected to the Board of Trustees of the Seraina Investment Foundation at this year's Investors' Meeting.
Seraina comments on the new additions: "With the two newcomers, the company is gaining expertise in construction law and investor representation. Thomas Risch is a lawyer for construction law, while investment manager Ivo Vögtli works for Complan, Swisscom's pension fund. Together with Ajay Sirohi, Luzius Hitz and Hendrik Van der Bie, the new members complete the foundation's top board, where they are to drive forward Seraina Invest's ESG strategy.
Self-employed entrepreneur Andreas Hürlimann has said goodbye to the foundation board. "The management would like to thank him for his work and the valuable impetus he has offered the Seraina Investment Foundation over the past three years," reads a statement from Seraina, formerly the Steiner Investment Foundation.
