Shift in the Avobis management
Stefan Gautschi is the new co-CEO of Avobis Group. The former board member succeeds Patrick Schmid, who is leaving the real estate company.
Stefan Gautschi has been appointed co-CEO of Avobis Group, effective April 17. He will lead the company together with Sandro Sulcis, Avobis announces. Gautschi was previously a member of the real estate group's board of directors, a mandate he is now resigning.
Within the dual leadership, Gautschi is responsible for COO, Finance, IT and Innovations. Sulcis remains responsible for the customer area, market development and growth.
Gautschi's predecessor in the position of co-CEO, Patrick Schmid, has decided to take on a new professional challenge outside the Avobis Group, according to the company. The Board of Directors is sticking to the co-CEO structure, as it allows the focus to be placed on growth and performance simultaneously and independently of each other. (ah)
