CBRE: Robin Müller heads new Capital Advisors department
CBRE is expanding its range of services in Switzerland to include the Capital Advisors Service Line. This is intended to serve the interface of real estate, banking and capital markets.
With the new service, CBRE aims to support real estate investors in the financing or refinancing of residential and commercial properties as well as in the structuring of debt and equity financing. "Given the challenging and changing market environment, these services will become significantly more important and will become a key success factor in transactions and in asset and portfolio management," CBRE wrote in a statement.
Robin Müller has been appointed Head of Capital Advisors Switzerland. He is to establish and expand these services. Müller has been with CBRE Switzerland for nine years and most recently helped build the transaction team as co-head of the Capital Market team in Switzerland. Prior to that, he worked at UBS.
He is confident that the launch of the Capital Advisors offering will give CBRE "a significant competitive advantage," says Florian Kuprecht, managing director, CBRE Switzerland. (aw)
