Verit Immobilien: New bosses for Chur and Rapperswil branches
At Verit Immobilien, Joëlle Mühlemann takes over the management of the Chur location from Simon Fromm, who moves to the larger Rapperswil branch as location manager.
Simon Fromm joined the company in 2022 as Chur site manager. Joëlle Mühlemann has been working for Verit Immobilien for four years. The team at the Chur branch, which she will manage in future, is set to grow from eight to ten employees. From Chur, the company serves the Chur and St. Gallen Rhine Valley as well as the areas around Davos, Arosa, Thusis and Lake Walen. The Rapperswil site is responsible for the Lake Zurich region, the Zurich Oberland, March, Höfe, Einsiedeln, Toggenburg and Glarnerland.
Verit Immobilien employs around 150 people at ten locations throughout Switzerland and manages over 40,000 rental properties. (aw)
