Züblin gets a new Chairman of the Board of Directors

Markus Wesnitzer is to be elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG proposes two new members for the Annual General Meeting on June 22, 2023: Nicolas Gross and Yves Rossier. The current Chairman Wolfgang Zürcher will not be standing for re-election. He is to be replaced by Markus Wesnitzer. Zürcher has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014 and has chaired it since 2019. is since 2006 Member of the Board of Directors.

Nicolas Gross (born 1967) is a lawyer and was in the last 20 Years in various Management functions as Manager and Inhouse Counsel at Companies like AIG, Credit Suisse and  in the Family Office Waypoint Capital active. 

Yves Rossier (born 1960) is a former civil servant and diplomat; he was Switzerland's ambassador to Moscow from 2017 to 2021. Since 2021 is he as Board of Directors From various swiss Companies and as Consultant active. Rossier was proposed for election to the Board of Directors by Züblin's major shareholder Lamesa Holding, owned by Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg. (ah)
