Reto Iseli and Daniel Tochtermann new at R2 Partners
Reto Iseli and Daniel Tochtermann have joined the Zug-based real estate service provider R2 Partners AG. The two come from Credit Suisse.
Daniel Tochtermann was most recently Global Head of Real Estate Acquisition and Sales at the bank, where he was responsible for transactions worth over CHF 20 billion worldwide. He worked in asset management at CS for over 16 years. Prior to that, he worked for Wüest Partner for eleven years, where he was in charge of the Valuations division, among other things.
Reto Iseli has worked for CS for the last eight years, where he most recently headed the Real Estate Mandates, Solutions & Advisory division and was responsible for real estate mandates in Switzerland, Europe and the USA.
R2 Partners offers services in the areas of investments, network management and mandate management for institutional and private clients. The company was founded by the two former CS managers Rhadia and Raymond Rüttimann. Raymond Rüttimann was Global Head Real Estate at CS Asset Management when he left in September 2022, while Rhadia Rüttimann headed CS's real estate investment company in Frankfurt am Main until the beginning of 2021.
