Avobis appoints new managing directors for Verit and Rimaplan
The Avobis Group announces two new appointments: Dieter Sommer becomes Co-Managing Director of real estate manager Verit Immobilien AG and Felix Wuhrmann becomes Managing Director of project developer Rimaplan AG.
Dieter Sommer is taking over the management of Verit Immobilien with immediate effect together with the previous Managing Director Ralf Capeder. While Sommer will be responsible for day-to-day operations and performance, Capeder will focus on customer acquisition and growth, according to Avobis. Sommer has worked in real estate management for over 25 years, including as CEO of Privera AG. He is the owner of Hubconsult and is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of Svit beider Basel.
Rimaplan Managing Director comes from HRS
Felix Wuhrmann will take over the management of project developer Rimaplan AG on July 1. He has over 30 years of experience in the Swiss real estate industry, including as a member of the management team at Allreal and most recently as Head of Acquisitions at HRS Real Estate. He succeeds the two Co-Managing Directors Patrik Bossart and Daniel Fässler, who, according to Avobis, have decided to pursue a new direction outside the Group. "The integration of Rimaplan into the Avobis Group is now complete," Avobis announced.
