In September, the digital real estate marketing and visual communication divisions of Raumgleiter were integrated into Tend AG - another Halter AG investment. The company then announced that it would focus on the further digitalization of variance procedures and planning processes in urban and project development. Raumgleiter reports that this strategy has now been further developed. Now there is also a change in personnel: Nicole Inauen will be responsible for the operational implementation of the strategy as the new CEO.

The 32-year-old Inauen is an architect with a Master's degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and an MAS in Real Estate (Curem). Over the past eight years, she has gained experience in project and site development at Halter AG in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. Inauen was responsible for the development of several projects, including the Rhytech site (Neuhausen am Rheinfall), the Zeno residential and commercial building (Oberdorf NW), the La Sauge district development (Palézieux) and the Star Tower high-rise project (Geneva).

Raumgleiter aims to enable its customers to make better, more transparent and faster decisions in planning procedures. "With her experience and expertise as a purchaser and tenderer of digital variance procedures in project and urban development, Nicole Inauen is predestined to lead the Raumgleiter team on this journey," says Markus Mettler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raumgleiter.
