Axa IM Alts: New Head of Asset Management Real Estate Switzerland
Daniel Pesenti takes over the position and is responsible for the asset management of the CHF 18 billion Swiss real estate portfolio.
Axa IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments with over 185 billion euros in assets under management, has appointed Daniel Pesenti as Head of Asset Management, Real Estate, Switzerland. In his new role, Pesenti will be responsible for the asset management of real estate in Switzerland with a portfolio of over 18 billion Swiss francs.
Daniel Pesenti, who will take up his position on July 1, 2023, will report in his new role to Frederick Widl, Axa IM Alts Head of Real Estate, Switzerland.
Daniel Pesenti has 15 years of experience in real estate and asset management. He has worked for Axa IM Alts in Asset Management in the Real Estate division since 2013. Most recently, he was Team Leader for the German-speaking Switzerland region in Asset Management and Deputy Local Head of Asset Management, Real Estate. Before joining Axa IM Alts, Pesenti was a portfolio manager for real estate investments at the Canton of Zurich and worked in real estate consulting at Zürcher Kantonalbank. (bw)
