Newhome: Johannes Hoehener new Chairman of the Board of Directors
Newhome.ch AG has appointed Johannes Hoehener as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The previous Chairman Jan Werkman will take over the role of Vice Chairman from him.
Hoehener has worked in the finance and telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Among other things, he held management positions at Swisscom for several years: From 2014 to the end of 2021, Hoehener led the Fintech Cluster at the telecoms company and most recently advised Swisscom in the areas of digital assets and trust services. He has been a member of the Newhome Board of Directors since June 2021, most recently as Vice Chairman.

In addition to the new top management, the Board of Directors of Newhome is made up of the following members: Jan Werkman (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, independent), Christian Schmid (Board of Directors of NNH Holding AG, Chairman of the Executive Board of SGKB), Stefan Studer (Board of Directors of NNH Holding AG, member of the Executive Board of LUKB), Christian Wunderlin (Board of Directors of Next Property AG) and Robert Hauri (Board of Directors of Next Property AG, CEO of Intercity Group).
