IAZI: Scognamiglio becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rogenmoser new CEO
IAZI AG is reorganizing its management. Michael Rogenmoser becomes CEO of the company. The previous CEO, Donato Scognamiglio, takes over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors from Philippe Sormani.
Long-time IAZI CEO Donato Scognamiglio will take over his new role as Chairman of the Board of Directors on September 1 from Philippe Sormani, who is retiring this year. Sormani co-founded the company in 1994. Michael Rogenmoser (44) will become the new CEO, also on September 1. He joins IAZI from the Swiss online comparison portal Comparis, where he was responsible for the insurance and mortgage division. He was previously COO and Head of Business Development at online mortgage broker Moneypark and held country responsibility for Switzerland and Liechtenstein at banking financial services provider Avaloq for several years. In previous positions, he worked for twelve years in the international financial industry as a management consultant and investment banker with a focus on strategic consulting for financial institutions and in the area of mergers & acquisitions. He has worked for McKinsey, UBS and Millenium Associates, among others. Rogenmoser holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Information Management from the University of Berne. He also holds the title "Chartered Financial Analyst".
Scognamiglio wants to become politically active

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, he intends to become more politically active in the future.
