New managing director for Terresta
Claudia Siegle will take over the management of Terresta Immobilien- und Verwaltungs AG in November. She currently works for the Avadis Investment Foundation.
The real estate division of the Foundation for Art, Culture and History (SKKG) is getting a new head. From November 1, Claudia Siegle will join the Foundation's management team and take over the management of Terresta Immobilien- und Verwaltungs AG. This was announced by SKKG. In her new role, Siegle will be responsible for the ongoing development of Terresta and the careful management of SKKG's properties and land reserves.
Claudia Siegle is currently Head of Construction and Development for the properties of the Avadis Investment Foundation in Zurich. Previously, the graduate in real estate economics and business administration worked at Mobimo for many years and managed various major projects with her team, including the development of Mattenhof in Kriens.
With this new appointment, the management bodies of SKKG and Terresta are once again complete after being reorganized in the spring. "Terresta can now concentrate even more on its core business: maintaining the substance of the properties with residential and commercial space at fair rents," says Beat Schwab, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Terresta.
The management of the SKKG thus consists of Director Bettina Stefanini, Christoph Lichtin (Head of Culture), Claudia Siegle (Head of Real Estate) and Pascal Brupbacher (Head of
Services and CFO). The Terresta Executive Board will consist of the future Managing Director Claudia Siegle, the Head of Development and Construction Claudia Suter and Stefan Angele, Head of Management and Services. (ah)
