CBRE expands the Capital Advisors team
New hire Marko Stjepandic joins CBRE from private equity boutique Lakeward. The company is registering increasing demand for capital advice.
Marko Stjepandic has joined CBRE's Capital Advisors team in Switzerland. The real estate service provider has announced that it is expanding the team in response to the growing demand for advisory services in the market.
Stjepandic joined CBRE from Lakeward Management, where he was a project manager in the investment team. There, he was responsible for both sell-side and buy-side transactions with a focus on residential and commercial real estate, according to CBRE. Prior to this, Stjepandic worked in M&A advisory at EY.
