Curem: Jessica Brackmann becomes new Co-Managing Director

Former Procimmo manager Jessica Brackmann succeeds Leta Bolli in the management of Curem at the University of Zurich.

From October 1, Jessica Brackmann will succeed Leta Bolli as co-head of Curem together with Alice Hollenstein. In this role, she will be responsible for managing the MAS in Real Estate, among other things. "We would like to thank Leta Bolli for her outstanding work and successful management of the MAS in Real Estate over the years," writes Curem in a statement.

Brackmann was previously a member of the Executive Board and CIO at Procimmo SA. She holds a degree in architecture and real estate economics from the International Real Estate Business School (Irebs) at the University of Regensburg. "With her extensive experience in real estate investments, asset and portfolio management as well as transactions, she will be a valuable asset to our center," the press release states.

The Curem - Center for Urban & Real Estate Management is based at the University of Zurich. It provides training and conducts research into real estate and spatial development management. The institution's mission statement includes the development of the built environment with a view to optimizing welfare. (aw)
