Migros Aare: André Töngi becomes Head of Real Estate
André Töngi, Head of Facility Management at Swiss Post Real Estate and former Head of Management at Wincasa, is moving to Migros Aare.
Change in the Executive Board of Migros Aare: André Töngi will take over as Head of the Real Estate Directorate on January 1 and become a member of the Executive Board of the Migros Aare Cooperative. André Töngi was most recently Head of Facility Management and Deputy Managing Director at Post Real Estate Management & Services AG. In this role, he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of all Swiss Post and Postfinance AG properties. Prior to that, he was Head of Property Management and a member of the Executive Board at Wincasa and Head of Real Estate at Fambau Genossenschaft. He completed an apprenticeship as a civil engineering draughtsman and trained as a civil engineer at the Technikum Burgdorf and as an industrial engineer at the Private University of Applied Sciences Bern.
