R2 Partners and TME Associates join forces
Reto Iseli, Partner at R2 Partners, will manage the business together with the former Managing Partner of TME Associates, Wolfgang Speckhahn.
TME Associates, a consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry, and R2 Partners are entering into a joint venture, TME Associates has announced. The former Credit Suisse real estate experts from R2 Partners will strengthen the company's team and expand its consulting services in the areas of real estate investment and management - from strategy development to the conception of products and services to interim management.
Wolfgang Speckhahn is currently Managing Partner of TME Associates in Switzerland. Reto Iseli will now join the management team. Both are also part of the Global Steering Board of TME Associates. In addition, Radhia Rüttimann, Raymond Rüttimann and Daniel Tochtermann will join the TME Advisory Board.
Speckhahn, who previously worked for Helvetica Property and the German real estate company Patrizia, opened an office for TME Associates in Zurich in 2019.
R2 Partners was founded by former CS managers Radhia and Raymond Rüttimann, Reto Iseli and Daniel Tochtermann, two other former CS real estate experts, joined the team in June. (ah)
