Allreal: New addition to Group Management
Peter Binz takes over as Head of Realization and also joins the Group Management of the real estate company.
Peter Binz will take over as Head of Realization at the beginning of April 2024 at the latest and become a member of Group Management, Allreal has announced. He succeeds Simon Räbsamen, who will leave the company at the end of 2023.
Binz has been working for Gross Generalunternehmung as Head of the Zurich site since 2015. He previously worked for Allreal in various management roles, most recently as Head of New Construction. Binz is a qualified structural draughtsman, certified construction manager and project manager.
His predecessor as Head of Realization, Simon Räbsamen, joined the Allreal Group in 2020. As Head of Realization, he contributed to the successful development of the company and, among other things, continuously strengthened risk management in this area, Allreal writes in the press release. (ah)
