Change in the Procimmo management team
Michel Niklaus and Cédric Leimer have resigned from the Executive Board of the Procimmo Group. The background to this is the internal reorganization of the Group, the company explains.

With effect from November 1, Michel Niklaus and Cédric Leimer have resigned from the Group Executive Board of Procimmo. They will continue to work for the company as consultants, Procimmo announces. The Group's Board of Directors remains unchanged. It continues to consist of Yann de Saint Pierre (Chairman), Taner Alicehic, Christophe Borgmann and Nicole Beiner.
The resignations are the result of an internal reorganization, according to the press release: the Procimmo Group will in future operate purely as a holding company. The Board of Directors will delegate certain tasks such as accounting, communication and legal and regulatory aspects to Procimmo SA. The Board of Directors supervises the activities of the Procimmo Group and its subsidiaries. Decisions on the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of investments will continue to be made by the Board of Directors.
Niklaus and Leimer were among the co-founders of Procimmo SA in 2007, which launched its first real estate fund, the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund, in the same year. Procimmo SA has been part of the Procimmo Group since 2017. (ah)
