Swiss Prime Site: Logistics expert nominated for Board of Directors
Detlef Trefzger, the former CEO of Kühne+Nagel, is to replace Christopher Chambers on the Board of Directors of SPS.

The Board of Directors of Swiss Prime Site will propose Detlef Trefzger for election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting on March 19. Trefzger was CEO of the global logistics company Kühne+Nagel from 2013 to 2022. Prior to this, he worked for 15 years at DB Schenker in management positions, including as a member of the Management Board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several companies, including Easyjet in the UK and Acceleron in Switzerland. Ton Büchner, Chairman of the Board of Directors, comments: "Detlef has many years of experience in strategic management at global companies and brings new perspectives from the logistics and industrial sector, where he was also responsible for real estate strategy."
SPS also announces that Christopher Chambers will not be standing for re-election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He has been a member of the Board since 2009.
Today, Wednesday, it was also announced that Trefzger has been appointed Operating Advisor to the private equity fund CD&R. (aw)
