Livit with new head of rental management

Matthias Brauchli, the branch manager at Livit AG Real Estate Management in Basel, is taking over as head of letting management. The 39-year-old has been working for the company since 2010, has completed his training as a federally certified real estate trustee and a specialist certificate as a real estate marketer and also holds a CAS in Business Management & Leadership HWZ. From 2010 onwards, he worked for Livit in the area of residential property reletting and commercial space marketing. In 2019, he moved to the management division and became head of the Basel branch with over 45 employees in 2020.

Brauchli takes the place of Marcel Gurrath, who worked for Livit for almost eleven years and, according to a press release, is going on a trip around the world for several months. (aw)
