Helvetica: Marc Giraudon takes over from Hans R. Holdener
Marc Giraudon will initially become co-CEO of Helvetica Property Investors from January 1, 2024, before becoming sole CEO from mid-2024.

Helvetica Property Investors is about to undergo a management change. Marc Giraudon has been appointed Co-CEO with effect from January 1, 2024. He will then assume the role of Chief Executive Officer with sole responsibility on July 1, 2024, subject to the approval of the financial supervisory authority Finma. Hans R. Holdener, CEO and co-founder of the company, has decided to hand over the management of the company after seventeen years as CEO, Helvetica announced.
Holdener will initially continue to act as Co-CEO to ensure a seamless integration, Helvetica added. After the six-month transition period, Holdener will take on a business development role, focusing on the company's future growth and expansion into new markets and customer segments.
The 55-year-old Giraudon, an expert in real estate asset management, has been working as a strategic advisor for Helvetica since the end of 2022. He worked for ten years at the US company Hines, where he was Managing Director of European Finance & Controlling and responsible for setting up and overseeing the company's European subsidiaries. He later founded Langham Hall, an international fund administration and services company based in London with offices in Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors, we would like to thank Hans R. Holdener for his leadership and dedication over seventeen years at the helm of Helvetica. We respect his decision to relinquish responsibility and look forward to this new chapter. We are also delighted to welcome Marc Giraudon to our management team. With his international experience and proven leadership qualities, he is ideally suited to lead our company into the future," says Hans Ueli Keller, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Helvetica.
