Intershop: Gregor Bucher nominated for the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Intershop Holding AG has announced that it will propose Gregor Bucher for election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting on March 27. Bucher, who holds a doctorate in law, has served as CEO of SFP Investment Foundation, Head of Product Development at Swiss Finance & Property Group and Managing Director Corporate Finance & Banking at Swiss Finance & Property Ltd since 2018. Bucher will leave Swiss Finance & Property at the end of this year due to his upcoming retirement.

Kurt Ritz, a member of the Board of Directors since 2019, has informed the company that he will not be standing for re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. "The Board of Directors and the Executive Board regret this decision and thank Kurt Ritz for his successful commitment," writes Intershop in a statement. (aw)
