Artemis Holding: New Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jennifer Maag will become the new Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Artemis Holding, which also includes the real estate company Artemis Real Estate Group, at the beginning of 2024.
Benoît D. Ludwig will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Artemis Holding AG at the end of 2023 for reasons of age, the company has announced. He has been a member of the Board since 2010 and was Vice Chairman from 2016 to 2020; he was appointed Chairman in 2020.
Jennifer Maag has been chosen as Ludwig's successor. The 54-year-old is the founder and Managing Partner of Zurich-based M&A boutique Capital Concepts International. She previously worked for KPMG Corporate Finance and Deloitte & Touche in Zurich and Munich. Maag is also a member of the Board of Directors of Kardex and Weidmann and was recently nominated for election to the Board of Directors of Rieter.
Artemis Holding includes the Artemis Real Estate Group, the Artemis Asset Management Group, the Franke Group and a majority stake in Feintool. In 2022, the company generated sales of CHF 3.6 billion. (ah)
