Wüest Partner appoints four new partners

At the beginning of the year, Martin Schönenberger, Moritz Menges, Robert Radmilovic and Stefan Stute joined the circle of partners at the consultancy firm.

Martin Schönenberger is a qualified architect, MAS in Real Estate Management and Registered Valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has worked for Wüest Partner since 2008, focusing on the valuation business and advising on owner-specific issues. As head of an interdisciplinary team in Zurich, he currently advises institutional owners, financial institutions, cooperatives and clients from the corporate and public real estate sectors.

Moritz Menges holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Stuttgart and is also a member of the RICS. He has been working as a real estate specialist and valuation expert at Wüest Partner in Zurich since 2011. He advises with a focus on current market challenges as well as on overarching topics such as digitalization, sustainability and legal changes.

Robert Radmilovic, a graduate architect from ETH Zurich, has been on board as a real estate consultant since 2013. He has been involved in economic and ecological sustainability issues from the outset. He is to further develop Wüest Partner's range of ESG services, including through the integration of digital products into services.

Stefan Stute (MRICS) holds a degree in engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover and has headed Wüest Partner's Düsseldorf office since April 2020. He has been a member of the Executive Board of Wüest Partner Germany since January 2022. He has almost 30 years of experience in real estate investment consulting, especially for institutional clients. He is responsible for the Investment Consulting business area and will continue to expand this as a partner. (aw)
