IT3 Group adopts new management structure
Various responsibilities have been reallocated within the IT3 Group, which has locations in Schaffhausen, St. Gallen and Zurich.
Following the retirement of IT3 Group co-founder Urs N. Eckert in summer 2023, responsibilities have been redistributed within the Group: Marcel Manser replaces Eckert as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, which consists of IT3 Treuhand + Immobilien AG in Schaffhausen, IT3 St. Gallen AG and IT3 Immobilien AG in Zurich. In addition to his work as a partner at the St. Gallen location, he will be responsible for the strategy, innovation and development of the real estate group across all locations, as announced by the company. Company co-founder Roy Pagno also acts as CEO of the Group in addition to his responsibility for the Schaffhausen location.
In St. Gallen, Marc Schwegler will take over the management of the location, in addition to managing the real estate management division. Alexander Michel heads the real estate marketing division there.
Stephan Zade, Partner in Zurich, is also expanding the Advisory business area across all locations, which provides asset and portfolio management services, among other things. Laura Razzino has also joined the management team in Zurich as a partner; she is in charge of real estate marketing in Zurich. Christoph M. Steiner remains the location manager.
Real estate management in Schaffhausen will continue to be headed by Michael Messerli, while Bianca Schadegg will remain responsible for real estate marketing. (ah)
