Seraina Invest expands the Board of Directors
Karl Theiler has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors of Seraina Invest.
Seraina Invest AG has a new member of the Board of Directors: Karl Theiler, co-founder of Akara Funds AG, which is now part of the Swiss Prime Site Group, and its CEO until summer 2022.
The existing Board of Directors has appointed Theiler with immediate effect, Seraina Invest announced. His "extensive expertise in the field of real estate funds and his passionate entrepreneurship make him an extremely valuable addition to Seraina Invest," the company said. The company is convinced that Theiler's professional expertise and commitment will help to further strengthen the company's strategic focus and growth.
The Board of Directors of the real estate company now consists of Reto Niedermann (CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors) and Ajay Sirohi (Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Board of Directors) as well as Karl Theiler as a member of the Board of Directors. (ah)
