Walde Immobilien completes the generational change
Claudio F. Walde took over the management of the family business at the beginning of the year. The position of Chief Sales Officer was newly filled.
Walde Immobilien AG has undergone a generational change. The founders Marianne and Gerhard E. Walde have handed over the management of the company to their son Claudio F. Walde, who is now CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors. The 31-year-old has been with the company since 2020 and holds a Master of Science in Management, Technology & Economics from ETH Zurich. He will manage the company together with Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jann Felber and Mattia Bonasso, who is now Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
In the course of Bonasso's appointment to the Executive Board, management positions became vacant - these have been filled internally: Ramona Ruh will head the investment real estate division, Sandra Zoppi the Graubünden region. Leslie Schibler, Head of New Construction, will also take over key account management for the maintenance and expansion of the network.
Claudio F. Walde says that he plans to further develop the company both geographically and technologically within the given strategy and to set new accents. Walde Immobilien has nine offices in the regions of Aargau, Central Switzerland, Zurich and Graubünden and employs 70 people.
Marianne and Gerhard E. Walde will remain associated with the company as owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors. (ah)
