H&B Real Estate expands top management

The real estate service provider H&B Real Estate, alliance partner of Savills, expanded its management team at the beginning of the year: Andrea Kull and Stefan Styger are new additions. This means that the top management team around CEO Bruno Bächi now comprises a total of seven people.

Kull has been with H&B for almost five years and took over as Head of Marketing for both the commercial and residential divisions in mid-June 2023. Styger has been responsible for the development of the new location in Basel and business development at H&B since August 1 last year.

The company has also had a new Chairman of the Board of Directors since the beginning of the year, Mathieu Jaus. Among other things, Jaus built up the Copartner group of companies in Basel, sits on various boards of directors and is Chairman of the Finance Commission of the Swiss Football Association and the HSG alumni organization. Bruno Bächi is the second member of the Board of Directors. H&B Real Estate has announced that the board will be expanded in the course of the year. (ah)
