Aevis Victoria has appointed Fabrice Zumbrunnen, former Chief Executive Officer of the Migros Group, as CEO. The previous CEO and company founder Antoine Hubert will oversee the transition and be proposed for election as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the company announced. The current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Christian Wenger, will then step down.

The appointment of Fabrice Zumbrunnen marks a new phase in the development of Aevis and its transformation into an investment company, the company announced.

Zumbrunnen has been a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Medical Network and MRH Switzerland, both subsidiaries of Aevis, since June 2023. During his tenure at Swiss Medical Network, he headed the Viva-Réseau de l'Arc, Switzerland's first integrated care network, which was launched by the Canton of Bern, the Visana insurance group and Swiss Medical Network. Zumbrunnen was CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives from 2018 to 2023. (ah)
