Fundamenta: Future Smeyers CEO to become a member of the Board of Directors
Ramona Lindenmann will succeed Herbert Stoop on the committee.
There will be a change to the Board of Directors at Fundamenta: Board member Herbert Stoop announced last year that he would not be standing for re-election in 2024. His successor will be Ramona Lindenmann, "a proven real estate expert in the field of marketing and transactions", according to Fundamenta.
Lindenmann has been a member of the management team at Smeyers Immobilien AG since June 2023, where he will will take over the position of CEO from Anja Meyer in May of this year. Prior to this, she was a partner and member of the Executive Board at Kuoni Mueller & Partner for nine years. (ah)
