Investissements Fonciers with new Board member

Nicolas Krügel succeeds Blaise Goetschin.

Blaise Goetschin stepped down as a member of the Board of Directors of Investissements Fonciers at the end of February 2024. He had been a member of the Board for 22 years. "With his in-depth expertise and extensive experience, he has made a decisive contribution to the development of the fund management company and the La Foncière fund," the company writes in a press release. The Board of Directors has appointed Nicolas Krügel as Goetschin's successor. He is the new Chairman of the Executive Board of the Geneva Cantonal Bank (BCGE). He was elected to the Board of Directors of IFSA on February 28.

Krügel spent the first 27 years of his professional career at Credit Suisse, where he was Chief Credit Officer of the Swiss Bank division from 2018. He worked for the Swiss universal bank in French-speaking Switzerland, Zurich, California and New York.

The Board of Directors of Investissements Fonciers SA now consists of Christian Donzé (Chairman), Daniel Wenger (Vice Chairman), Jean-Philippe Rochat, Michael Bloch and Nicholas Krügel. (aw)
