Swiss Life poaches Fabian Linke from SPS
The new addition is Head of Real Estate Business Development Switzerland.
Fabian Linke will take over as Head of Real Estate Business Development in Switzerland at Swiss Life Asset Managers on April 2. In this position he will be responsible for the expansion and further development of the real estate activities of the investment business for third-party clients in Switzerland.
Linke has been Head Business Development for Swiss Prime Site Solutions since 2021. Prior to that, he was responsible for the distribution of real estate investment products and business development at Global Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management from 2006 to 2015 and 2018 to 2021 as a real estate specialist. He started his career at CS in the Institutional Distribution Switzerland division. He studied Banking and Finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and holds a Master's degree in Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Swiss Life is one of the largest real estate owners in Switzerland. Assets under management amounted to CHF 43.7 billion at the end of 2023, including CHF 12 billion for third-party clients in Switzerland. (aw)
