Livit appoints Beatrice Lifart as CEO
The long-standing Head of Human Resources has already served as Deputy CEO.
Beatrice Lifart (57) will take over the management of Livit on May 1. She joined the company in 2000 as Head of Human Resources. "With Beatrice Lifart, the Board of Directors is focusing on stability and quality in the further development of Livit," the company writes in a press release. Lifart served as Deputy CEO for many years. She has also been a member of the Executive Board. She took on various positions on an interim basis, such as Head of Construction Management. "Beatrice Lifart has made a significant contribution to Livit's current image as an innovative and future-oriented company," says Hermann Inglin, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. "Thanks to her strong customer focus and strategic vision, she set industry standards."
Livit is a Swiss real estate management company with 650 employees. It has been owned by the Swiss Life insurance group since 1999. Livit manages 187,000 rental properties with more than 3 million square meters of commercial space and a value of over CHF 54 billion.
The company announced in March that the previous CEO Wolfgang Stiebellehner was leaving Livit (IB reported). He took office in 2022. (aw)
