Newhome: Laurent Decrue new member of the Board of Directors

The founder of Movu joins the Board of Directors of the residential real estate platform. The platform has already had two new board members since Axa joined.

Newhome AG has elected Laurent Decrue, a well-known player in the Swiss start-up scene, to its Board of Directors. Decrue is the founder of the moving company Movu, CEO of Bexio and co-founder and CEO of Holycode. He replaces the previous member of the Board of Directors Christian Wunderlin.

"With Laurent, newhome has gained one of the most influential figures in the Swiss start-up landscape," says newhome CEO Roman Timm. His appointment supports the strategy "towards a customer-centric, transparent and industry-friendly platform". "My goal with Newhome is to make the real estate market as open and transparent as possible to ensure that pricing in the Swiss real estate landscape is not distorted by a monopoly position," says Decrue.

As early as February 2024, the following Participation of Axa Manuel Bächi and Andreas Schiller have joined the Board of Directors of Newhome.
