Ecoreal: New portfolio manager comes from Helvetica

Thomas Gürber will join the Ecoreal Investment Foundation as Portfolio Manager Transaction on October 1. He will join the team of Cornelia von Weissenfluh, Head of Portfolio Management, and will be responsible for the transaction activities of the two investment groups, Ecoreal writes in a press release. Gürber has been Senior Transaction Manager at Helvetica since spring 2021. Prior to that, he worked for Wuest Partner in the valuation department. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Integrated Building Systems from ETH Zurich.

Ecoreal wants to "seize growth opportunities" in the current market environment and is planning acquisitions, including for regional diversification, is how Ecoreal describes the context of the appointment. (aw)
