Rolf Truninger left Qualicasa at the end of July. Nico Müller took over as CEO on May 1. Müller's new position at Qualicasa is in addition to his role as a partner at Wüest Partner. "Nico Müller has been Deputy CEO since the integration of Qualicasa and has successfully established himself in the company," says Ronny Haase, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qualicasa. Commenting on the departure of the company founder, he says: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Rolf Truninger for his tireless efforts in building and shaping Qualicasa over the past 23 years and for the excellent collaboration over the past year".
Roland Weber, Head of Asset Controlling and member of the Executive Board, left the company in March. His position has been taken over by Micha Noser, previously Project Manager and Deputy Head of Asset Controlling. He will also become a member of Qualicasa's Executive Board. Noser has a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management and has been with the company since 2017.
