The Helvetiva Shareholders' Meeting has elected Philipp Good (48) as a member of the Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Group AG and the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG. He expands the Board of the Group as well as that of the fund management company, which consists of Peter E. Bodmer (Chairman), Dr. Hans Ueli Keller (Vice Chairman), Franziska Blindow-Prettl, Theodor Härtsch and Herbert Kahlich. Herbert Kahlich will step down from the Helvetica Board of Directors in spring 2025 after ten years of service and will not stand for re-election for reasons of age, according to a statement.

In April 2021, Good co-founded ESG-AM, a service provider specializing in sustainable investments, and is its CEO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Avadis Vermögensbildung SICAV. Until 2000, Good worked for Fisch Assetmanagement for over twelve years, most recently as CEO. "His proven experience in the field of sustainable investment solutions will help to ensure that the Helvetica real estate funds are equipped for the future and attractively positioned to generate stable and attractive returns for our investors in the long term," says Chairman of the Board Peter E. Bodmer. (aw)
