Quantus: New head of real estate private equity division
Dominik von Radecke previously worked for UBS as a portfolio manager for a real estate fund.

Dominik von Radecke has been Head of Real Estate Private Equity at investment manager Quantus since the beginning of September 2024. Subject to FINMA approval, he will also become a member of the Executive Board, the Zurich-based company announced.
Von Radecke has over 17 years of experience in real estate, particularly in transaction, portfolio and asset management across all asset classes throughout Europe. The manager has "a strong track record in logistics and light industrial real estate in particular, with a focus on value-add and opportunistic investments in listed and private investment vehicles", Quantus reports.
Before joining Quantus, Dominik von Radecke worked for three years as a portfolio manager for a SIX-listed European real estate fund at UBS. Prior to that, he worked for nine years at Cromwell Property Group, where he was portfolio manager of a Singapore REIT invested in Europe with assets under management of EUR 2.2 billion and also headed Cromwell's Munich office. Earlier in his career, von Radecke worked as an investment manager at Patron Capital in London, a real estate private equity fund, where he was responsible for the investment and asset management of opportunistic investments.
