After two decades of formative work at Wüest Partner, Patrick Schnorf has decided to leave the Zurich-based real estate service provider at the end of April 2025. Schnorf will devote himself to private projects and new professional challenges, the company announced.

Patrick Schnorf has been a partner in the company since January 1, 2011. He began his career in March 2004 as a research assistant in the Research department. In the years that followed, he took on numerous key roles: He headed the Research division (2012-2023), was a member of the Executive Board (2014-2017) and served on the DAT division management team and as a member of the Board of Directors (2020-2024). Milestones include the creation and expansion of extensive databases and the Data Office, the further development of real estate monitoring and the pioneering co-development of successful software solutions and models.

In addition, Patrick Schnorf was active as a lecturer and speaker in many places and was regarded as a formative face of Wüest Partner to the outside world due to his numerous media appearances.

As Wüest Partner notes, the handover of Schnorf's mandates and tasks has been arranged and a smooth transition is guaranteed. The data team will be integrated into Wüest Partner's software house, which will be managed by Daniel Meister (Partner, Group CTO). The management of the research team had already been handed over to Robert Weinert (Partner, Head Research) in August 2023. (bw)
