Halter strengthens its presence in French-speaking Switzerland

Halter AG is strengthening its activities in Geneva. The construction and real estate service provider is hiring Renaud Vincendon as of February 1 to drive forward the development business there. Vincendon was COO and Partner at M3 Immobilier until November 2024, which recently acquired the development business of Steiner has made headlines. Before working for M3 for six years, Vincencon worked for CBRE Switzerland in Geneva for eight years.

Halter has been active in French-speaking Switzerland since 2017 and wants to consolidate its position there with Vincendon. Vincendon is a "widely recognized and valued real estate specialist", the company writes in a press release. He is involved in associations such as Design Build Switzerland, Horizon Léman and RICS. With this appointment, Halter is underlining its efforts to contribute as a full-service provider and developer in a uniform manner throughout Switzerland, the press release explains. (aw)
